Red for Heart Photography Competition 2011

To enter, please think about what your heart means to you. There is only one rule; you must include the colour red in the photograph!

There are three categories - adult, student and junior.

The competition closes on 6 January 2012 and the winners will be selected by our expert panel of judges and have their image displayed in the windows of our shops across the UK.

A selection of winning and highly commended photos will be featured in the Independent on Sunday at the end of January 2012.

The Categories

Adults: Open to amateur and professional photographers who will be 16 or over on the closing date. £10 entry fee.

Students: Open to all students aged 16 or over undertaking full or part-time courses at a UK-based college or university. You must supply the name of your college/university as part of the registration process. If selected as a winner you will be required to provide proof of your student status otherwise you will be disqualified. £5 entry fee.

Junior: You must be aged 15 or below on the closing date of Sunday 6th January 2012. You must obtain your parent’s or guardian’s permission before entering the competition as part of the registration process. Entry in this catagory is now FREE!

You can win camera equipment and get your photo seen in a national newspaper!!
