Volunteering is on the rise right across the UK. More people are giving their time to charities, and in return learning new skills, meeting new people and boosting their CV's.

There's loads of ways to get involved with BHF and give your support.

We have volunteers working in our shops, raising money for us at big events or on the street, helping out in our offices and appearing on our websites and in our videos.

If you are interested in volunteering with us email yheart@bhf.org.uk with your name, date of birth and contact details. You should also include what kind of volunteering you are interested in, but it doesn't matter if you're not sure.

Check out our frequently asked questions section for more info on things like why people volunteer and what costs we will cover.

Here are some young people who have got involved. Click on the picture to find out their volunteering story.
